The room was super comfortable and my group had a blast when we lounged by the lake, soaking up the sun. The food was beyond amazing, every meal hit the spot and the staff were super friendly.

The manager, Estuardo, took care of all our needs, ensuring we had tours and shuttles. The food blew me away! Every meal, especially breakfast smoothies, felt exquisite. The atmosphere encouraged tranquility. I loved the hammocks lining the docks. However, the standard room showed signs of wear. The thin walls made it hard to avoid noise from neighboring guests, and I found some cleanliness issues that needed addressing, like dead flies and stained linens. Despite that, the overall charm and amazing staff made the stay memorable. Can't wait to return!

We loved swimming in the lake and relaxing in hammocks surrounded by lush greenery. The tours were perfectly organized, providing easy access to nearby Tikal, making our exploration hassle-free. Our service dog was well accommodated, adding to our enjoyable stay with the family.

Despite these minor setbacks, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

We had an amazing time exploring Tikal and Yaxha, perfect spots near the hotel. The service was top-notch, especially with Alfredo's help on activities. The food was outstanding, making every meal a highlight. The chill atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made it easy to relax with friends. Definitely a great place to disconnect and recharge!

However, the howler monkeys could be loud and startling at times. This might catch you off guard, especially if you're not used to jungle sounds.
